Started on the basketball court, redesigned for the final frontier. The Converse Chuck Taylor Alt Star re-imagines the canvas classic for space travel to worlds beyond ours. The canvas upper comes with a removable star ankle patch and canvas overlays, inspired by space suits. The textured midsole reads "Far from Chuck", set against an exaggerated toe bumper and a kick-off license plate that allows for easy on and off. A marbled outsole print brings a nostalgic, yet future-facing look. Where to next?

Chuck Taylor All Star Origins

Created in 1917 as a non-skid basketball shoe, the All Star was originally promoted for its superior court performance by basketball mastermind Chuck Taylor. But over the decades, something incredible happened: The sneaker, with its timeless silhouette and unmistakable ankle patch, was organically adopted by rebels, artists, musicians, dreamers, thinkers and originals.
